What are your charges?
Red Ring is price efficient, particularly compared to UK and US counterparts. Charges vary according to vacancy requirements. Rest assured, will advise/agree total charges prior to commencement of interviews.
What currency do you work in?
We're set-up to receive and make payments in either USD or GBP.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No, although candidate availability might be limited for short-term contracts, particularly when demand for specific skills is high.
How do you find your candidates?
Mostly, we leverage our own trusted network of IT professionals, that we've spent thousands of hours building, specifically across Latin America and Europe. If the right person isn't available in our network, our excellent research team step up, using the latest techniques and tools to generate relevant candidates.
What job functions do you hire for?
We recruit any technical role as required by our customer. Typical roles include Software Engineers (backend, Java, Node.js, Python...containerization), Project Managers (agile, integration projects, banking domain), DevOps/Cloud Engineers (AWS, IaC, Kubernetes...)
What about language and time zone?
We meet with all candidates to ensure English fluency, and your worker will be based in a convenient time zone depending on your business location. For example, if your business is EST, your worker might be based in Brazil or Argentina.
Do you meet candidates?
Yes, we meet every candidate prospect, either by video or in person depending on location. This really helps us connect with the person to better understand their skills and personality.
Where are you based?
We're remote-first team, with business operations in the UK since 2012, and workers in the US, UK, Europe, LatAm.
